Missing months from Bootstrap Sea Ice Concentrations from Nimbus-7 SMMR and DMSP SSM/I-SSMIS, Version 4?

I downloaded all the monthly data for: Bootstrap Sea Ice Concentrations from Nimbus-7 SMMR and DMSP SSM/I-SSMIS, Version 4.

However, these files have no data:

NSIDC0079_SEAICE_PS_S25km_198712_v4.0.nc

This is the top of the file:
