Hello,
I am currently using SEADAS 8.3.0 on Ubuntu to preprocess Sentinel-2B images to level 2 using the MUMM algorithm. However, I am facing an issue with some of the images. Out of the 15 images I have processed, five show only NaN values when I open the L2 products.
Here are the filenames of the problematic images:
S2B_MSIL1C_20201221T073229_N0500_R049_T38RQT_20230329T052133.SAFE
S2B_MSIL1C_20210808T072619_N0500_R049_T38RQT_20230116T173739.SAFE
S2B_MSIL1C_20211017T072909_N0500_R049_T38RQT_20230115T103407.SAFE
S2B_MSIL1C_20211126T073139_N0500_R049_T38RQT_20230102T065001.SAFE
S2B_MSIL1C_20220125T073109_N0400_R049_T38RQT_20220125T093037.SAFE
I would greatly appreciate any help figuring out what might be causing this problem and how to resolve it. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Best,
Mohammad

Hello m_alsahi
Try these. Make sure the Sentinel-2B image files are not damaged or incomplete. If you find they might be, try re-downloading them.
Double-check your SEADAS configuration and the parameters used in the MUMM algorithm. Incorrect settings can lead to unexpected outcomes.
