Problems downloading VNP15A2H v002 vegetation products

Hello,

I have detected problems with NASA Earthdata Search tool to download the vegetation products VNP15A2H v002. For some years there are less granules than in the previous version (VNP15A2H v001). For instance, for the year 2017, VNP15A2H v002 has 8 granules whereas v001 has 13.434. The same issue was clearly detected for other years. However, I can not be sure if there are more missing granules in other dates.

Please, could you check where the issue is and if it is possible to solve it?

Sorry for the delay with the V002 processing. The data providers have been made aware of this and we are trying to reconcile the discrepancies and fill in the gaps. Unfortunately, we do not have a firm timeline on when this will be complete. Thanks for your patience.

Thanks for your reply. In the meantime, maybe you should add a little note describing the issue and what are the affected gaps to alert users of the problem before downloading the data and to know when the issue is solved.

Yes, that is a good idea and that is in the works. Right now the data base administrators are accessing what is all missing. It varies with each product. The data providers are not giving us any timeline, as I don't think they have any idea at this point. Thanks for your patience.
