Orders not processed in CALIPSO Lidar Level 2 5 km Cloud Layer, V4-51

Hello,
I was downloading granules of CALIPSO Lidar Level 2 5 km Cloud Layer, V4-51 using the Earthdata tool when I met two issues:

1) It seems that there are no data for some months (e.g., December 2015 - 2 files available-, February 2016 and from July to December 2019). From the website https://www-calipso.larc.nasa.gov/tools/data_avail/index.php?d=2019 it seems that the missing data should not miss (if I understand it correctly).

2) For some months, although the "download status" is "complete (100%)", the order never finishes to be processed and the sentence "The download files will become available once the order has finished processing" stays without changing. This occurs for September and October 2014, November and (the 2 files of) December 2015, from January to May 2016, May and June 2019.

Could you please help me to get the granules that I could not download?
