Issue with MODIS chlorophyll data downloading

When I'm trying to download MODIS chlorophyll data(E.g. AQUA_MODIS.20170109T003501.L2.OC.nc), the dataset starts downloading and then it stops the process saying 'Check internet connection'. I connected my laptop with other internet sources as well as checked the same in my friend's laptop. The issue still persists. I'm unable to download the data. Request advice.

can you provide the IP address/domain that you are connecting from?

This is the url that I'm using to download the data. I'm using Level 1 & 2 browser in NASA Ocean Color website to get the data.

In order to debug the problem in our logs, we need know what IP address you are connecting from.
It sounds like a limitation on your side of the connection.
Have you discussed this with your system administrator?
