GES DISC Project and Platform Keyword Requests

The GES DISC would like to request new Project and Platform keywords to support new collections.

New Project:
GiOCEAN > GEOS Instrument Teams Ocean, GEOS-S2S-3 Weakly Coupled Atmosphere-Ocean Reanalysis

This serves as a replacement for the M2OCEAN project.

New Platform:
Space-based Platforms > Earth Observation Satellites > Eole

Although it is capitalized in this documentation, it is not an acronym and is referred to as "Eole" for clarification. It is also sometimes referenced as EOLE 1, but only one was ever launched.

Updated Platform:
Air-based Platforms > Balloons > Eole Balloons
More information:
Since EOLE is not an acronym, we propose that Air-based Platforms > Balloons > EOLE is changed to the above if possible.
