Unfortunately I am looking for data with as small resolution as possible, 1 km is the smallest I have found. I am looking at the changes in sea surface temperature in a very small area.
All I need is a dataset with longitude, latitude, time, and the sea surface temperature, so I can make plots and calculate the mean temperature every month of the year in a specific pixel.

The VIIRS L2P SST products have 750 m x 750 m spatial resolution. Thank you for the suggestion, however, I need data that goes back to the early 2000s. Starting somewhere between the years 1999 and 2005.
