Unable to download certain GEDI L1B granules

Hi,

I used Granule ID to search for certain granule on the earthdatasearch. I could find the specific granules. But when I tried to download them, there were no download files or download script, meanwhile the status showed complete.
Here are the middle parts of the granules I need.

I wanna know why this happened, and how can I get this data?

Hi Q,
Please remove the spaces and the quotation marks and I think it will work, with one condition. I discovered that Earthdata will only allow 5 granules at a time to be searched this way. When I put the entire list in it gave me this error:

Error retrieving granules The query contained [26] conditions which used a leading wildcard. This is more than the maximum allowed amount of [5]. The CMR allows searching with patterns containing the wildcards * and ?. Patterns which start with a wildcard are expensive to execute so the number of patterns that can be used in one query is limited. If you would like to find alternative ways to query please ask the CMR Team at cmr-support@earthdata.nasa.gov.

So, if you try 5 at a time without the spaces and the ' It should go fine.

I tried the way you mentioned but it still didn't work. Only the link of Browse Imagery can be shown. I also tried to filter only one granule each time. It also failed.

I generated the download URL based on the granule name and date myself (like this: https://e4ftl01.cr.usgs.gov//GEDI_L1_L2/GEDI/GEDI01_B.002/2022.08.31/GEDI01_B_2022109005610_O18969_01_T00468_02_005_02_V002.h5, not sure if the URL for each granule is created the same way). It didn't work either. "The requested URL was not found on this server." was shown.

I wanna know if this is a special case. Were you able to successfully generate download links for these granules?

Sorry about that. I could put those orders in before, but later that technique was not working for me eihter.
Could you contact the folks at Eartrhdata support as they said they could give you various options on how to
access the data: cmr-support@earthdata.nasa.gov
