.tar file virus alert

I submitted a data request for 2018 MODIS Aqua SST data through the Oceancolor Browser and received an email saying the data were ready for download. Using http to download the data, Windows Defender identified a virus threat in the .tar file and stopped the download process. I had previously downloaded 2019 SST data with no alerts, so I tried 2017 SST and encountered no problems. I am using Windows 11 and Chrome. Is this a Windows issue, and, if so, is there a workaround? Thanks much.

Hello, can you share more specifically what you did to find "2018 MODIS Aqua SST data through the Oceancolor Browser". Can you post that request here?
