AppEEARS API throwing a 405 error

Hello! A user recently wrote in to us that they were receiving a 405 error when trying to access the AppEEARS API. We thought the answer would be beneficial to any other AppEEARS users on the forum so posting the answer to this thread.

A few years ago, the link to AppEEARS API changed from
https://lpdaacsvc.cr.usgs.gov/appeears/api/ to
https://appeears.earthdatacloud.nasa.gov/api. Please ensure you are using the newest link and that should resolve the 405 error. Thanks! -- Danielle
