Downloading only high-res Radiometric Terrain Correction files for the whole world

I'm trying to download the ALSO PALSAR – Radiometric Terrain Correction files in high-res for the whole world. Using the interface at https://search.asf.alaska.edu/#/?dataset=ALOS is not really suited for this. The browser hangs when adding more than 30.000 files to the download list, thus getting all files for the whole world is quite a cumbersome job. Is there any other way to get this list of files? Or even better - does a compressed version of all the *.dem.tif files inside the zipfiles exist? Downloading all the zipfiles takes a lot of time and requires a huge amount of diskspace.

Using the ASF API (https://docs.asf.alaska.edu/api/basics/) or Python Search Module (https://docs.asf.alaska.edu/asf_search/basics/) are programmatic options that allow for large volume downloads.

The ALOS PALSAR RTC product package files cannot be downloaded individually.
