GCMD URL sub-type

I am very confused as to the difference between the following URL sub-types.

• PRODUCT HISTORY

• • Definition: The URL for accessing a data set product version history.

• PRODUCTION HISTORY

• • Definition: The URL for accessing data set production version history. Product version history refers to a history of each version type of a data product and the differences between each version including how the data was produced and any changes in science parameters and quality.

Please describe in more detail the difference between the two.

Hi Ingrid, to be honest I really don't see any difference between the two. I am going to create a ticket to analyze how often these are populated in the metadata content. I am leaning towards merging the two, but not before consulting the providers who have used the terms.

There are a second pair of URL types that also seem very similar:

PRODUCT QUALITY ASSESSMENT
Description: The URL for accessing a data set product quality assessment. The assessment comprises of administrative and procedural activities implemented in a quality system so that requirements and goals for a product, service or activity will be fulfilled. It is the systematic measurement, comparison with a standard, monitoring of processes and an associated feedback loop that confers error prevention.

DATA QUALITY
The URL for accessing data quality information for a data set.

Even though the description for the Product Quality Assessment is more thorough, the description for the Data Quality is very vague, which leads me to confuse both.
If they are indeed two different sub-types, add a thorough definition to the Data Quality so the difference between them is clearer. Otherwise, please remove one of them.
