The nc file cannot be opened

Hello!
I am a student ,and I'm going to do research on Marine ecology,so I need some marine environmental data.
Therefore,I recently download some data from oceancolor.
The AQUA-MODIS L3 data from chlorophyll and SST in nc format that I downloaded at the end of 2023 can be used normally, but the nc format data that I downloaded in the same step in April 2024 cannot be used, and I can't open it either with r language code or SeaDas software. I found that the two downloaded nc data format names are not quite the same (as shown in the figure). I want to know which step went wrong, or if there is a way to download the data to work properly.
Please!

Run the "file" command on the files you can't open to determine that they are actual netCDF files. If they are HTML, you can open one in a browser to see if it has error information about your download attempt.

It'll help if you can share the name of a L3m file that you can not open. Please also do Softwaer & System Info on SeaDAS, and share the result here.

The file I could not open was not L3m, but L3b. The file I downloaded from oceancolor was L3b. The following is the file name of the file I downloaded and the error when SeaDas software could not be opened

SeaDAS does not provide a reader for L3b files. You can use l3mapgen to create L3m files from L3b, which SeaDAS can read -- https://seadas.gsfc.nasa.gov/help-8.4.0/processors/ProcessL3mapgen.html
