Do you know if it will be uploaded?

We had to remove 1-2 days of the existing MCDWD_L3 products on nrt3, to make way for the revised version to run and sent a note to all NRT users in this regards on Tue 4/16/2024 12:17 PM with subject "Release of first non-beta ‘Release 1’ version of the MODIS Flood Products from NASA LANCE".
You should be able to pull that day from nrt4 (https://nrt4.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/archive/allData/61/MCDWD_L3_NRT/2024/105), however the nrt4 will reflect the revised version and you will see some changes for that day pulled from nrt4 as compared to the prior days pulled from nrt3 so take note of the changes implemented and refer to the revised flood products Users Guide for details. The Users Guide link was sent as part of the lance note:
