Hello,
I downloaded Chlolophyll-a with NC format.
There is no problem when using this NC file in SeaDAS, but after reprojection to Geotif format, all values less than 1 disappear.
If the value is greater than 1, the decimal point is also preserved.
ex) 3.456 ---- reprojection ----> 3.456, 0.236 ---- reprojection ----> NaN
I want to preserve all value.
Can I fix this with a simple setup?
Thank you!

Re: Reprojection problem to tif file using SeaDAS
We will need more information.
1. Are you using the Reproject tool or l3mapgen?
2. Provide the input file name and/or its level. We need to understand the input file you are using.
3. What SeaDAS version are you using?
4. If you view the input file, do you see Chlorophyll values less than 1?
5. Try retrojecting in the default format "BEAM-DIMAP". Does that work (in order to determine whether your issue is specific to GeoTIFF)?
Note that the Reproject tool applies the "valid pixel expression" by default, and if this is the problem, you can turn this off in the "Reproduction Parameters" tab if you want.
