Issue with Downloading ASTER Product Data

I submitted a request to download ASTER L1A Reconstructed Unprocessed Instrument Data products, but I did not receive an email that these orders have been processed and provide a link to download them.

@yuruilin321 You will receive an email from Earthdata for tracking progress when orders update. Once you receive an email with "Your request has moved from state PROCESSING to CLOSED" the customer needs to look for an email with a subject line stating "Subject: LP DAAC ECS Order Notification Order ID: ...." That's from "From:
LPDAAC@usgs.gov". That email will have their download links with an expiration date to complete the data download. You might want to check your SPAM folder.
Please let me now if you do not receive the download link for LP DAAC.
