Please update the description to:

The Polar Ozone and Aerosol Measurement (POAM) is a spaceborne experiment that measures the vertical distribution of ozone, water vapor, nitrogen dioxide, and aerosol extinction in the polar stratosphere and upper troposphere. The POAM II instrument was launched in 1993 on the SPOT 3 satellite, and the POAM III instrument was launched in 1998 on the French SPOT-4 satellite.
