NASA EOSDIS Annual Satisfaction Survey 2024

Invitations to participate in the 2024 NASA EOSDIS Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey have been emailed to registered NASA Earthdata users by the Claes Fornell International (CFI) Group on behalf of the NASA Office of Management and Budget. The purpose of the survey is to help NASA and each DAAC better understand customer satisfaction and to improve both current and future service offerings. Input from past surveys has been used to enhance and improve the overall user experience provided by a DAAC. The survey should take about 10-15 minutes to complete.

We kindly ask that you please participate in this year's survey! Your feedback is invaluable and will greatly assist the DAACs in identifying user needs and opportunities to address problems, improve data and services, and influence priorities. The survey will only be open for approximately a two-week period.
