problem to create ifgramStack.h5, geometryGeo.h5 etc in OpenSARLab

Hello! I have a question: Currently, the notebooks associated with the workflow in OpenSARLab are displaying the following message: "This notebook is deprecated". Does this have any implications for the workflow results? I am having trouble creating the ifgramStack.h5, geometryGeo.h5 file and others, except for the file in .txt and .cfg format. Without those files, I cannot continue with the process. I would greatly appreciate some guidance. Thanks a lot.

Hi @ braulio_geouc,

Yes, the notebooks https://github.com/ASFOpenSARlab/opensarlab-notebooks/blob/master/SAR_Training/English/Master/Prepare_HyP3_InSAR_Stack_for_MintPy.ipynb and https://github.com/ASFOpenSARlab/opensarlab-notebooks/blob/master/SAR_Training/English/Master/MintPy_Time_Series_From_Prepared_Data_Stack.ipynb have been deprecated and replaced with a more modular workflow, designed to better illustrate how to update a MintPy time series configuration, generate plots, and run additional scripts without having to start over from scratch.

The new workflows are contained in this Jupyter Book: https://github.com/ASFOpenSARlab/opensarlab_MintPy_Recipe_Book

You can find it in your OpenSARLab account here: https://opensciencelab.asf.alaska.edu/lab/smce-prod-opensarlab/hub/user-redirect/lab/tree/Data_Recipe_Jupyter_Books/opensarlab_MintPy_Recipe_Book

Once you navigate to the MintPy Jupyter Book in your Jupyter file browser, click the "JB" tab on the lefthand sidebar to navigate it using its table of contents and view its resource links.

It contains a Start Here/README doc that outlines the workflow (see attached screenshot).

Thank you so much. The processing worked correctly.
