WLDAS Subset Data Skipping Dates from Links List

When I follow the wget instructions on the WLDAS download page to download multiple years worth of data for a spatial and variable subset, the download skips every forth day. I have checked the .txt file that wget is reading and it has all of the dates. Any ideas why not all dates are downloading?

Thank you, it is happening on a variety of date ranges. I ultimately want to download four variables for WY1990-1996. I have tried to change the download period to lessen the load on the servers and have tried only 2 months, 1 WY, and the whole period. The download continues to skip randomly for all time periods after beginning to download and consistently will not download the first 5-10 dates. If there is a better way to download the data to windows, I am happy to try that instead. I am not able to upload a .txt file to the thread so have included the file as a PDF, happy to provide the .txt via email. Thank you!
