Unable to access Level 1&2 Browser Help from South Africa
I have been unable to access the Level 1&2 Browser Help link from South Africa for the last 2 days. It gives a 404 Not Found nginx message. My colleague is able to access it from Europe with no problem and I am able to access it using a VPN from the Americas.
Is this a temporary issue?

Hi @sharonjardine Which datasets are you trying to download and which tool are you using?

Thanks for replying.
I am trying to download Modis and VIIRS data from the level 1 and 2 browser.
When the link works it is this: https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/cgi/browse.pl?sen=amod
I have been using it without a problem, using Firefox and chrome on Linux, since I started using the data in March up until 9 July.
On 11 July I managed to get on the site using an Opera browser using a VPN to locate in the US.

I have the same problem on ONE of my machines: cannot get to Level1&2 browser from Chrome. Everything else works. Also, it works on my other machines using the same account.

Sorry for the delay. We had an issue with the way that the L1/L2 browser was being run from one of our servers, which should now be resolved. Please let me know if https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/cgi/browse.pl continues to 404 for you.
