What is the most current version of DIF 10?

Our team has recently decided to implement DIF 10 support in our research data repository. I've been reviewing online resources to find an authoritative description of DIF 10 but still have some questions that I'd like to resolve before continuing our work:
The XML schemas provided in the following git repository seem to be authoritative descriptions of DIF 10;
https://git.earthdata.nasa.gov/projects/EMFD/repos/dif-schemas/browse/10.x
When I look at the change history of DIF 10 in the git repo (https://git.earthdata.nasa.gov/projects/EMFD/repos/dif-schemas/browse/10.x), I notice the following:
The latest entry in the history of dif_v10.2.xsd is
2024-02-13 : 10.2 f - patch, adding ECSE-1474 - CMR landing pages
whereas the latest entry in the history of dif_v10.3.xsd is
2018-03-30 : 10.3 - Update, multiple changes/additions for UMM-C Compliance. See CMRSCI-2627
which makes me wonder which of the two versions, 10.2 and 10.3, is the most current one and should be used when implementing DIF 10 support?
