Missing AOD Data for First Three Weeks of January 2022 from MCD19A2 V061
I am trying to download AOD data from the MCD19A2 V061 product, specifically tile h13v12. Typically, I use Earthdata, but I found no granules available for this specific timeframe. I checked EarthExplorer and the data pool, and both sources only had data available from January 23, 2022, to January 31, 2022, with an isolated instance on January 2, 2022.
I would like to know what happened during the first three weeks of January 2022 that resulted in the absence of AOD data from the MCD19A2 V061 product. Is there a specific place where I can check for issues with the satellite or sensor during that period?

Except 2022/001, we have the data (tile:h13v12) available in LAADS (https://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/archive/allData/61/MCD19A2/2022/) and also in LPDAAC (https://e4ftl01.cr.usgs.gov/MOTA/MCD19A2.061/) between 01/01/2022 – 01/22/2022.

Hi @m.fernandavalleseijo I apologize for the delay in response, we are working on closing out some older forum posts we have and just noticed we did not follow up once the data were available. Thank you for reporting this issue, you should see all of the data now. We are still working on reconciling the duplicates, so please use the most recently processed data which can be found in the metadata or the file name. If you see a duplicate, please use the file that ends with 2024 instead of 2022. For example: MCD19A2.A2022004.h13v12.061.2024225202140
