ASTER L2 (AST_07XT) data pull issues

I try to order images and I get this error message:

"The data provider is reporting the order has failed processing." or that it just stays "in progress 0%"

The datasets I'm interested in are AST_07XT and AST_09XT. Does anyone know what's going on?

@angiemake I apologize for the delayed response. Are you still having issues with submitting your ASTER On-demand order?
