Hi,
I went to Earthdata, logged in, and selected some scenes. Then, I clicked the Download bottom and got a new page with a list of files (see attachment: Capture). I clicked on the green bottom, Download Files and I am redirected to EarthData Download website (see attachment: Capture 2). It has been more than 40 minutes and not a single file has downloaded. It only says: Not Started Yet.
I have tried Download Script, Authorized several apps, generated tokens, but with no avail.
Please help.

I tried again to download files directly and I get the same message 'Not yet started' in the Downloads History window and it has been quite a few minutes like that.

I am still experiencing the same issues described in my initial post. Can't download any HLS dataset. Please help.

We're still looking into the Downloader issue you are experiencing. In the meantime, I'm wondering if this resource, https://github.com/nasa/LPDAAC-Data-Resources/blob/main/guides/bulk_download_using_wget.md, would be of use to you. The resource shows you how to set up and use `wget` to do a bulk download of data files given a list of data urls, which you can save from Earthdata Search instead of the download option.
