Hi Jonas,
I don't believe that this product has ever been archived and distributed, it is used only as an upstream product used to produce other MODIS products. You may want to check with MODAPS to confirm this as they are the data providers: https://modaps.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/services/user/
