GDAL 3.9 Upgrade in AρρEEARS Version 3.63

We're excited to announce the release of AρρEEARS Version 3.63, featuring a significant upgrade to GDAL 3.9. This major version jump brings enhanced capabilities, but also introduces a notable change in handling area requests.

Important Note: With GDAL 3.9, some results may not include every pixel intersecting with the polygon boundary, affecting only peripheral pixels. For more information on this behavior, please refer to the GitHub issue: https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/issues/8622.

About AρρEEARS

AρρEEARS offers a simple and efficient way to perform data access and transformation processes by enabling users to download only the data they need. AρρEEARS provides access to a wide range of geospatial data from multiple federal archives, including ECOSTRESS, the Soil Moisture Active Passive (SMAP) mission, Daymet gridded weather parameters, ASTER Global Digital Elevation Model (GDEM) Version 3, and population information from the Gridded Population of the World (GPW) collection.
