How can I convert the integer DN values of AST_07XT products to reflectance
in the range 0 - 1? In other words, how were these DN scaled?

The LP DAAC provides the AST_07 Surface Reflectance data in the range of 0 to 1000 for Digital Numbers and has a scaling factor of .0001. The band scale factor for the ASTER 07 product is found within the detailed product description on the Layers tab.
