APPEEARS API - Available images endpoint?

Hello,

I'm currently working with the AρρEEARS API (https://appeears.earthdatacloud.nasa.gov/api/#tasks) and I was wondering if there is a way to retrieve a list of all available images, for a given product, through the API.
Specifically, I'm looking for a way to programmatically access metadata or image lists (e.g., filenames, dates, and other relevant details) to know which images are available for download or processing. For example, which dates or what is the latest date available for product VNP09A1.002 ?

If this feature is not currently available, would it be possible to add such functionality in future API updates? Having a way to query available images would significantly streamline the workflow for many users.

Hi Juliano,
AppEEARS is probably not the best option for this. It is designed to process the data so it will not have a very quick turnaround time. We do suggest NASA Earth Access however: https://earthaccess.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
