Support email address not working?

Hello everyone.

For the past two weeks, the emails I send to support@earthdata.nasa.gov do not seem to be received. I only get a message from the mail system after a few days saying that the connection has timed out. I have previously sent messages to this address without any problems, and my mail system appears to be working correctly. Am I the only one affected by this problem?

Try using support@nasa.gov instead.

The result is the same with this address, apart from the end of the message coming from the mail system:

"<root@nasa.gov> (expanded from <support@nasa.gov>): cannot update mailbox
/var/mail/root for user root. error writing message: File too large"

The message I sent is just a bit of text to ask for some tiles of the MWP Legacy Product.

Try "earthdata-support@nasa.gov". This should work.
