What software is used to draw the pictures displayed in each data set? I love these pictures so much, the smooth color, the beautiful lengend...but I don't know what software can be used to draw them. Does anyone know that?

Thanks for your interest in data visualization software. There are several tools that may be used to create the imagery you are seeing. Without knowing the specific data sets you are referring to, here are a couple of suggestions:
