'error processing your request' while submitting order

Hello, I'm tring to order some aerosol data from https://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/search/order/1
After I clicked 'Submit order', an error message appeared as 'There has been an error processing your request'.

Here is my search parameter:

I have submitted it several times and it has failed. I saw the members of the forum (viewtopic.php?t=6099) say to contact the support and solve the user authorization problem soon. I hope you can help me solve the problem of download failure. thank you!
