Hello,recently I applied for three ASTER L2 Surface Reflectance VNIR and Crosstalk Corrected SWIR V003 product data sets and have received two emails from LPDAAC_ECS with the following content: "Thank you for your order. Your submit request placed through CMR Ordering has been updated by data provider LPDAAC_ECS. Your request has moved from state PROCESSING to CLOSED."

However, these emails did not contain download links, and it has been several days since I received them. Additionally, I have not received an email with the subject "Subject: LP DAAC ECS Order Notification Order ID: ...." which I understand is typically sent to provide access to the requested data.

Could you please assist me in obtaining the download links for the ASTER product data I have requested? Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter, and I look forward to your response.

@wuzhengxiang2001 Hello, The LP DAAC has a scheduled maintenance period between 8am - 12pm CDT on Wednesday which could be extended. Once our system becomes available, I will request for the download links to be resent.

You will receive an email from Earthdata for tracking progress when orders update. Once you receive an email with "Your request has moved from state PROCESSING to CLOSED" the customer needs to look for an email with a subject line stating "Subject: LP DAAC ECS Order Notification Order ID: ...." That's from "From: LPDAAC@usgs.gov". That email will have their download links with an expiration date to complete the data download. Please check your SPAM folder. If you find the email order notification, please let me know.
