What is the correct way to refer and cite an image generated and extracted from aqua-MODIS data and plotted with the Level 3 Browser Interface to be included in a publication?
I'll assume by the L3 browser you refer to: https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/l3/
The data access tool is not really relevant, as the various tools all return from the same source, which in this case is the OB.DAAC. Examples of how to cite data retrieved from our archive can be found here:
