Hi!

I am using Sentinel 3 OLCI and Sentinel 3 SLSRT level 2 imagery for my research. The OLCI level 2 data I was downloading from the oceancolor website, which allowed me to download only the subset I needed (which is great!), but this website does not have the SLSRT data. I tried to download the SLSRT data with the Copernicus browser, but with this browser I have to download the whole image (which are huge), and I need a lot. Do you know of a way to download just a subset of the Sentinel 3 SLSTR level 2 WST image?

You can do spatial subsetting using a map and parameters on the left side of the screen from the Earthdata Search client. Here is a link to show SLSRT datasets that are available in Earthdata Search: https://search.earthdata.nasa.gov/search?q=sentinel-3%20level%202%20slstr&lat=-0.0703125

Lastly, the SLSRT dataset is not held at OB.DAAC. You may want to contact LAADS DAAC for more options for achieving your desired extraction.

The LAADS DAAC only archives/distribute S3[A/B]_SL_1_RBT - SLSTR L1 Full Resolution Top of Atmosphere Radiances and Brightness Temperature.
