DPDG V2.0 - Section 3.3.5.1

During the review of Version 2.0 the Data Product Development Guide (DPDG) for Data Producers prior to its publication, Vincent Inverso had the following comment on Subsection 3.3.5.1 titled "Harmony Services" discussed under Subsection 3.3 "Cloud-Optimized Formats and Services": "As written, this section is technically accurate. But it only mentions a very small subset of current service offerings. It would be nice to note that the services mentioned are only a small sampling of current service offerings, or to modify the section in a way that makes this clear."

Changes needed based on this comment should be considered for the next version of the DPDG.

I agree with Vinny's comments; I was also reviewing this section of the DPDG recently, and a couple of the services listed either have very little usage or are potentially about to be deprecated (for example the NetCDF-to-Zarr service or the Harmony GDAL Adapter). There's also discussion surrounding Harmony that requests to the overall application should be somewhat agnostic of the service doing the work in the background.

Perhaps an iteration of the section could be to list the broad capabilities (spatial, temporal and variable subsetting, reprojection, reformatting, etc) and then link to some Harmony documentation that can be kept in-sync with Harmony's development? I'd be happy to help with any changes for this content.
