When will SSF from Terra and NOAA-20 CERES become available for the rest of 2024?

CER_SSF_NOAA20-FM6-VIIRS_Edition1C granules are available through the entire year of 2024, see

In short, the Earthdata is a NASA's system for storing data, https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov, while ASDC is one of NASA's data centers, https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/centers/asdc-daac. Earthdata Search is a tool to find, subset, and download data.

To your original question, the CERES team informed me that they expect to have the rest of 2024 Terra SSF data available as early as the end of this week; however, it may take longer, probably until next Wednesday.
