Why haven't I received the download link for the data I subscribed to? It's been two days since I submitted the data subscription. How long does it typically take to receive the download link after subscribing?

The Earthdata Search subscription service will notify you when a new collection is published that match your search query.

What is the difference between the subscription service of Earthdata Search and the subscription service of L1&L2 Browser?

The former OB.DAAC L1&L2 Browser did not support data subscriptions. It *did* support data ordering (including extraction). That same capability was made available through Earthdata Search. When placing an order for data through Earthdata Search you can select the extraction service.

The OB.DAAC still supports data subscriptions (independent of the Earthdata Search subscription service) via: https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/data_dashboard

Thank you for your reply! I think I previously confused subscriptions with orders. But I noticed that the data I ordered a week ago still has its status marked as "working" — could you please tell me what's going on?I really need this data right now, but it's been stuck in "working" status for a whole week.
