ASTER Surface Kinetic Temperature (AST_08) Download

I am trying to download ASTER Surface Kinetic Temperature (AST_08), and I received an email informed the ECHO Order GUID, Provider Order Tracking ID, etc. But there's no link. So how should I download the data I requested?

Thank you for reaching out in our Forum with your question. I will contact a SME at LAADS for help with a response.

You will receive an email from Earthdata for tracking progress when orders update. Once you receive an email with "Your request has moved from state PROCESSING to CLOSED" the customer needs to look for an email with a subject line stating "Subject: LP DAAC ECS Order Notification Order ID: ...." That's from "From: LPDAAC@usgs.gov". That email will have their download links with an expiration date to complete the data download.
