ocean color subscription format change

Hello - first time to post here although I have had ocean color subscriptions since 2008.
I noticed no chlorophyll downloads in a few of our regions recently and upon further examination, I saw that there were changes to the format which is surprising since we have not initiated any changes to the subscriptions, and some regions are still downloading normally while some are not.
Normally the images are provided in .png format but I see in one region that they are now provided in .nc and .hdf format which pur system is not setup to process. In another region, it shows .nc format only, and in 2 other regions I looked at, it said "no results found".
How can I get the region images to be provided in.png format again?
