Cant download WLDAS link list

I downloaded the list of all WLDAS data from 2000-2020, then I realized that the computer I was downloading it to only had the subset URL whitelisted, so I made a new request for the same files but with a subset this time. The subset wont download, while the regular will.

Not sure what the issue is, maybe I made too many url list requests?

Would you be able to provide us with the link that failed to access/download the data? This will help us as we try to determine what went wrong with your request.
