I was trying to download all the granules in the file for modis but it asked me to download earth data download and for downloading it asked me to login using a browser and after logging in it redirected me to the earth data download for starting the download but then again it redirected me to log in even though i already did and it started opening many tabs on my default browser, its like a cycle not allowing to download. How do i fix this?

hi @yuktha_nalabala which MODIS datasets are you wanting to download and which tool are you trying to use? Could you please post a screenshot of what you are seeing? You can set this post to private if you would like. Then we can try to narrow down what is causing the issue. Thanks --Danielle

we were able to download data without issue (see attached). Try opening a tab, go to https://nrt3.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/archive/FIRMS/ and login under "My Account", top right of the page, and then try downloading from Earthdata download.
