PACE OCI resolution question

Hi All,
I am working with L2_AOP OB.DAAC PACE OCI product, which according to SeaDAS has a pixel spacing of 1.2km x 1.1km. However, I understand that each of these pixels is actually a combination of 4 scan line swaths that are about 1.2km x 250m each. They are added together to improve the SNR, and together these 4 scan lines make up the 1.2km x 1.1km pixel. Is this true?
If so, is there a way I can access the finer resolution data (1.2km x 250m) PACE? Would I have to go back to L0 or L1 to do so? Would it be too noisy to even bother? I am working in coastal environments and so this higher resolution would be beneficial. Thanks for the help!
Best,
Sami
