Hi, Sir or Madam,

I encounter an issue when downloading GEDI Level-2A dataset with harmony spatial subsetter. Earthdata Download application is stuck and cannot download any file anymore. I have also tried to download file directly from "download status" webpage, but it also failed with error "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable".

Hi Jw,
Sorry for the delay. Have you been able to access the data since Sunday? If not could you try to click on a Gedi file to see if you can download them individually? This would indicate if it is a Earthdata Download issues or a cloud access issue.

I think maybe it was related with cloud access issue. Luckily, this issue only lasted about four hours and after that I could download GEDI Level-2A files again.
