NSIDC would like to request the following be added as a GCMD keyword under Providers -> GOVERNMENT AGENCIES-U.S. FEDERAL AGENCIES -> NASA:

Short name: NASA/GSFC/ESPD/ESMO/EDOS
Alt-label: Earth Observing Systems Data and Operations System, Earth Science Mission Operations Project, Earth Science Projects Division, Goddard Space Flight Center, NASA

This Data Center provides NSIDC with ICESat-2 L0 data sets (restricted to broader public but archived internally as they’re used to generate downstream ICESat-2 products). Thanks!

@candida.dewes Can you please provide me with the Provider URL that you would like to use. There is also a bug in Keyword Manager where I can't add the long name/Alt-label, so if you are ok, I can add the short name now and then add the long name/Alt-label later. This bug is being worked this sprint and I expect it to be fixed in production in two weeks.

I'm having a hard time finding a public-facing URL for EDOS, but this high-level page shows where it sits in the Earth Science Data Operations: https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/about/esdis/eosdis
