Download the "Euphotic Depth from Lee Algorithm" data

Hello, I would like to download "Algorithm Descriptions - Special-Euphotic Depth" from Lee Algorithm (ZLEE; m-1). The information indicates that it should be downloaded from Level-3 special products. However, I couldn't find the ZLEE dataset on this webpage. Could you please tell me if this dataset has been removed and how I can download it? thank you.
