VIIRS - Cloud hosting

Hi I'm an economics researcher relatively new to using Nasa Earthdata,
I've been attempting to download VNP46A1 (VIIRS/NPP Daily Gridded Day Night Band 500m Linear Lat Lon Grid Night) over the region of the democratic republic of the congo and Zambia from Jan 2015 - 2025. All my attempts at making requests to earthaccess seem to return that the data is not cloud-hosted. However I've just checked the Nasa website and it strangely seems to say that it is cloud-hosted, which seems inconsistent.
I was wondering if someone with a bit more expertise than myself could verify the veracity of this?
Best,
Rohan
