It seems HLS Sentinel-2 Multi-spectral Instrument Surface Reflectance Daily Global 30m v2.0 dataset isn't available anymore:

Hello @amigdala999 The CMR team reported CMR is having issues this morning. They are working on a resolution. The data should be available again later this afternoon (Central Time). We apologize for the inconvenience.
