Failed download product

Hello there

Why i can't download the monthly chlorophyll and SST product in level 3 & 4 browser? It keeps failed while i download it

Thing i want download is for my studies, but the daily product can be download. I want the monthly product.

Sorry if my language is bad, i try my best. btw i'm from Indonesia

Hello,

In order for us to try to replicate this issue, please let us know the other parameters you chose (Instrument, product, etc), what buttons you clicked to download and what, if any, error message you received.

The parameter's is Chlorophyll and SST 11.
Period : Monthly
Resolution : 4 km
Start date : 2025-01-01
End date: 2025-12-17

And i click one of month, like January 2025. Then i press SMI, then it's downloaded in my PC browser, but in the middle download progress it failed. It say's "Interrupted : Network error", i tried many times it keep's failed.
I'm using Opera GX browser

Hello,

May I ask if you could try downloading the file on a different browser, like Google Chrome or Firefox? I tried replicating the issue on my end with the same parameters but did not encounter the "Network Error" upon downloading the monthly product for both Chlorophyll and SST.

May I also ask if you can try selecting this link to download the file and verify if you are still receiving an error upon download? This one is pulled from our Direct Data Access page:
http://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/getfile/AQUA_MODIS.20250101_20250131.L3m.MO.CHL.chlor_a.4km.nc

Looking forward to hearing back on the above responses to further troubleshoot.
