Hi @hyoklee The difference is the Product Iteration Number. We recommend you use the most recently reprocessed granule with the product iteration number of 03. You can see more on the ECOSTRESS data file naming conventions here: https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/data/instruments/ecostress Thanks -- Danielle
